Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, eligible merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment or store credit in the form of an e-gift card.
All returned merchandise must be:

All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to item availability and cannot be guaranteed. If your requested size or item is no longer in stock, store credit will be issued instead.
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return your original purchase and place a new order using your store credit once your return is processed.

Online Order Returns
Please include your original or digital receipt inside your return package.
For approved returns, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided. A flat return shipping fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Return labels must be used within 7 days of receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange accordingly.
Please note that PORFOLIO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return packages.
In Person Sales (POS) Pop Up & Events Returns
All purchases made at in-person events, pop-ups, markets, and fairs are not eligible for return to the original form of payment. Should your product be damaged, ill-fitting, or otherwise need assistance, please reach out to info@shopporfolio.com.
If eligible, merchandise may be returned for store credit or exchanged for an item of equal or greater value only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must notify us in writing at info@shopporfolio.com with the reason for the return request prior to shipping the item back. Please contact us for the return address & information required.
All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused, smoke-free, and in original condition with tags attached.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
