REFUND POLICY

Merchandise can be returned up to THIRTY DAYS after purchase for RETURN or STORE CREDIT ONLY with a valid order in form of a return to your form of payment or e-giftcard. ALL merchandise MUST be unwashed, unworn, and smoke-free with tags attached.

ALL SALE items are FINAL SALE.

The request for an exchange in size for a specific item is not guaranteed as we may not have the item in stock. If the size requested/preferred is no longer available, STORE CREDIT will be issued.

ONLINE ORDER RETURN

Please return the original, digital receipt in the package when shipping an item(s) back to us, we also highly suggest shipping with a traceable method. Upon receiving your package, we will then issue you a return or store e-giftcard or process your exchange. We are not held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted you will receive an e-giftcard to make a separate purchase for the new item.
