SHIPPING POLICY

We offer several different shipping rate options and FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for ALL ORDERS  so fill up that shopping bag! We also offer two other shipping methods at checkout for your convenience.  All our methods state transit times but on average if you are on the east coast you will get your order in 2-3 days with standard but this may vary due to shipping carrier delays.

By completing your payment and finalizing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.

• We work to ship out orders  the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during sales we make take up to 3 business days to ship orders. 
• Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are typically available within 1 day of your order shipping.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delivered to wrong address or packages that were sent to the address that was entered at checkout that the customer failed to correct.  If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered and you cannot find it, please check with your   neighbors and family members  to make sure they did not receive by mistake. If its not found, feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
• If your tracking shows the package has been delivered  and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact the appropriate delivery service.
